At Medieval and More, we want you to be completely satisfied with your historical attire and accessories. If your garment doesn't fit like a suit of armor should, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Parchment

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided and ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached.

• 3.
  Dispatch the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Bounty

  Once our master tailors inspect the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship your new exchange items within 5 business days.
